🇨🇦 Canadian Orders

Free shipping on all Canadian orders over $120 CAD before tax. Orders under $120 ship for a flat rate of $14.95 CAD.

All domestic packages are shipped No Signature Required by default. If you’d like signature verification, please indicate this at checkout.

Shipping Times

Orders ship from Ontario. Standard delivery is typically 1–9 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping is typically 1–5 business days within Canada.

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders

Free shipping on orders over $120 CAD before tax. Orders under $120 CAD ship for a flat rate of $14.95 CAD. Orders are shipped via Canada Post (USPS) or UPS.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard: 3–12 business days
Expedited: 3–5 business days

🌍 International Orders

Flat-rate international shipping: $55 CAD.We ship internationally using USPS or Asendia, depending on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

Delivery Times:
Typically 4–15 business days, but please allow up to 30 days for customs clearance depending on your country.

Please Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. Calli Essentials is not responsible for these fees.

📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1 PM EST begin processing on the next business day (excluding holidays). Most orders ship within 2 business days, depending on product availability.

As we manufacture in-house, slight delays may occur based on batch production or raw material supply. You’ll be notified via email if there’s a delay or if an item is out of stock.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note:

Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

Customers are responsible for re-shipment fees if a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to pick up from the post office.

Address changes after shipment incur a $14.95 CAD fee.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
