Shipping & Returns Policy
Free Shipping on all Canadian orders $100 + dollars before tax. Orders under $100.00 are a flat $11.95 shipping.
All packages delivered within Canada are shipped with a default No Signature Required. Should you want a signature verification please indicate as such as check out.
Shipping Times - Typical shipping time is between 1-7 business days depending on were in Canada it is shipping to. Please be aware that Canada Post has suspended its guarantee shipping times due to COVID19.

$30.00 shipping (CND) on all orders. We ship via USPS or Asendia (Shipping service determined based on order weight, size, and destination).
All USA and International orders
- Typical shipping time is between 4-15 business days; however, please be aware that all international packages may experience a delay due to custom clearance. Certain countries may take up to 30 days.
- All international packages may be subject to customs, duties, and/or other fees. Calli Essentials has no control over these fees. They are calculated by each country’s customs department, and Calli Essentials is not responsible for them.
Order Processing & Shipping Guidelines
- All orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day. (excluding holidays) All orders will typically ship within 2 business days pending product availability. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the product you have selected is currently out of stock, or if we need any additional verification. We manufacture on site so delays are subject to batch making and or raw material delivery.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order once it is shipped.
- Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any statutory holidays.
- All clients are responsible for any shipping cost in cases where parcels need to be reshipped to you due to a failed delivery caused by incorrect shipping information provided, or if you fail to pick up the package at a designated postal office.
- If any order requires a change of address subsequent to shipment, there will be a $9.95 additional charge.

If you are unhappy for any reason, online orders can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving your product. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
