As the founder of Calli Essentials, my path has always been guided by a deeper connection — to spirit, to the divine, to the universal energy that moves through all of us. I feel this connection in all things, especially in stillness and in the quiet practices that shape my days.

Heart Chakra Opening Ritual

Find stillness. Rest your awareness on your breath.
